Privacy and Cookies

This page explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what your rights are. We only collect what we need.

1. What we collect and why

Contact form

If you write to us we receive your name, email address, the subject you choose and your message. We use them only to answer you. The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the form. We keep the message for up to 12 months and then delete it, or earlier if you ask us to.

Newsletter

If you join the newsletter we store your email address, the page where you signed up and the date you gave your consent. We use them only to send you news about releases and the project. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box. We keep your email until you ask us to remove it. You can do that at any time by writing to us through the contact form.

Spam protection

To stop abuse we limit how many messages can be sent from the same connection. For this your IP address is processed in a scrambled form for up to 24 hours and is not stored with your message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

Technical logs

Like any web server, ours may record technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type) in security and error logs. They are used only to keep the site running and secure and are kept for a limited time.

Listen buttons

When you press a button to listen to a track we add one to a counter for that track and platform. The counter holds no personal data and no cookies are used.

Embedded players

Spotify and YouTube players only load after you press play. From that moment those companies may process data and set cookies under their own policies (Spotify, Google/YouTube). YouTube is loaded in its privacy-enhanced mode.

2. Who receives your data

We do not sell your data. It may be handled by service providers that help us run the site, only for that purpose: our hosting provider. We may also share data when the law requires it.

3. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us through the contact form and we will reply within one month. If you think we are not handling your data properly you can complain to your data protection authority; in Spain that is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

4. Changes

We may update this page when the site changes.
